I’m in a category with mandatory free refunds. I often just issue full refunds without wanting the item back. Unfortunately buyers are still using the labels and mailing the items. The latest case within 30 seconds of the return request, I sent them a complete refund. Item showed up a week later and I got charged for the label. Is there any way on eBay to just force full refunds and not let them buy labels?
