anyone have success lowering LDL on 20-25g (10% calories) healthy sat fat a day, plus focus on soluble fiber goal 6-7grams? I need to keep fat relatively high to reduce migraines, macros currently 50% fat, 30% carbs, 20% protein. Just really difficult to eat enough calories while limiting both carbs and sat fat so 20 has been a good middle ground.

Now I'm eating mainly olive oil, avocado, fish, chicken, tofu, chia, nuts/seeds, reduced fat dairy (more limited than it was), occasional eggs and pork/read meat (if it fits in my 20 g limit) and carbs from vegetables, limited fruit, lentils, overnight oats, and occasional quinoa, if it fits my carb limit. No fried/breaded foods, no sugar, no flour. I'm really hoping this is successful as low carb has helped my prior health condition but is really restrictive when limiting both carbs and sat fats.

Also side rant, isn't it crazy some people have to be this restrictive and careful while others (like my partner) can eat donuts, fried foods, ice cream, and no fruits/vegetables and their markers can be fine. (I also know high cholesterol isn't genetic, I do not have the gene mutations for it). oh well, we'll see if all this work is worth it in the next 5 months
