Hello! While moving, my Assembly Square and Bookshop Modular’s were broken in transit.i just don’t have the time or drive to rebuild them, so would rather just sell them. My loss is your gain! I’m asking 450 dollars for both, sets are 100 percent complete, and come with all minifigures! Thank you!

Wanted to show off my latest and final MOC for my city. I was inspired by a Josie’s Bar build I saw online, and built out from there. I couldn’t figure out a good idea for the 3rd floor, and needed to burn some pieces I didn’t want going in the parts box, so cobbled together a radio/tv/podcast studio. As always I hope y’all like it!
Side note, I realized while posting these pictures the back door is on the wrong floor, I will have to remedy that!
Im officially out of space on the table minus a few spots under the train tracks, and totally out of Minifigure space! Today im officially calling my city complete! It’s a bit cramped, but I love it. I hope y’all enjoy it!
