This is new Alphacool Eiszapfen filter G1/4. I installed it to my loop and it starts leaking after 3 days which led to destroying my PSU. After careful examination I found a small wire on the rubber gasket. Could it be the cause of the leak?

Do I have any chance of getting compensation from Alphacool?
