- There was a power failure while the laptop was on and had a power cable in charging.
- The pc looked fine but when I opened the menu to see power level all the sudden the screen went black
- I performed a few hard resets because I kept getting the Lenovo graphic and a spinning thing but then it went to a black screen
- on like the 4th attempt I had a Bitlocker message asking for the code. I had no idea what it was so I reset the PC again while I went to get the code
- Instead of the bitlocker thing coming up the next time I was able to scan my finger successfully but still a black screen after the lenovo start up screen
- I current have been able to get it working on another screen successfully and have done troubleshooting with the lenovo tools but it says everything is fine.
- Still I can not get anything to come up on the laptop screen directly after the Lenovo screen
What on earth could be wrong, I could cry, I have been fighting it for 2 hours updating and troubleshooting it doesn't make sense to me lol
