3rd Gen Advise Minimal Lift+improved performance+load weight consideration
3rd Gen Limited TRD Off-Road 5’5 bed.
Truck’s main purpose is trips and mainly forest service road camping. Not rock crawling. The stock travel is probably fine wouldn’t want impede stock only improve. Forest Service roads can get nasty.
Will go to 18” wheels (maybe trd pros) and larger tires. I’m fine to stay at 275/70R18. Not opposed to 285/75R18.
Not looking for a huge lift. Stock is even okay. But worried stuffing larger tires and rear sag.
Smartcap canopy settled the back a bit. But with Velocirax (4 bikes), camping gear for four, dog kennel, maybe Rtt, etc the back gets low and and the bike rack is 2” drop 4” extension doesn’t have the best angles.
Is there a heavier rear coil option that doesn’t result in lift? Is there a moderate lift option that doesn’t involve spacers for the front?
Not opposed to 2”, but 1” maybe better.
Goal here is performance without compromising practical.
