Hello! I’m having difficulty finding a Wolverine x Rogue fan fic. It was centered around their relationship while Logan is (rebuilding?) a cabin on mansion grounds and (I think) acting as an instructor?

It’s a slow burn romance, and he helps her explore her sexuality and work around her powers. At one point he takes her to a sex club where they sit in a dark booth and watch a few performances, and there’s another point where they’re sitting together watching the lake at the cabin and he talks dirty to her while she gets herself off. Eventually, they end up together.

Really enjoyed it at the time, but can’t for the life of me find it now. Any help would be appreciated!
