The first picture is the stained couch and the second is how it's supposed to be (it's not that obvious in the picture but it's way more obvious irl)

We think it's caused by the clothes of one of the gusset how sat there ( they were wairing black)

The couch is new and we didn't try anything other than whipping it with a clean white towel

Any tips will be appreciated

I tried everything online and it won't let me
