Lexapro has helped me in so many ways. The only negative side effect I’ve had as I’ve increased my dose over the years is I’ve become more irritable. Like quick to snap, and have to catch myself from almost being rude at times. Anyone else?

I’m around 110 days caffeine free. For the most part I feel pretty good but right at every 30 days or so I have a couple days with depression and anxiety. The consistency is interesting.
Is there any reasoning for this or has anyone else had similar? Thanks everyone
