I’ve been noticing how much small businesses depend on Google Maps, reviews, calls, directions, and “near me” searches.

But I’m curious that do business owners actually check their Google Business Profile often?

For example:

  • reviews and replies
  • business hours
  • phone number / website
  • photos
  • service area
  • duplicate listings
  • wrong info suggested by users

Or is it one of those things you set up once and forget until something goes wrong?

If you run a local business, how often do you check it i.e weekly, monthly, or only when there’s a problem?
