I ordered the hellboy beanie and star shopping vinyl from the US store back in November. The last update I got was on December 5th.
Since then I've been sending mails to support@lilpeep.com with no success. In February I was told that it can take up to 10 weeks. It didn't arrive, so I reached out again and was told to file a claim with USPS, but the tracking/confirmation number doesn't even work. It also seems I'm getting ignored by customer support now..
