Does anyone out there have a guide or tips for generating NSFW content on par with Grok using ComfyUI?

Grok seems to be the best at inputting a prompt and following directions (when moderation doesn't get involved)

But even after making an image, editing it without it drifting has also been the best with Grok, simple and almost seamless at times (when moderation isn't overwhelming)

I'm willing to use another local platform besides ComfyUI if it delivers results somewhat similar to Grok.
