I’ve been skinny my whole life, and now I’m trying to get lean. I tried doing home workouts before, and medyo nagka-muscle naman yung arms ko, but nawala rin when I got busy with school.

Kaya ba ma-achieve yung lean physique with home workouts lang? Problem ko rin kasi is I don’t have the confidence yet to go to the gym.

Also, do I need to start taking supplements like whey or creatine na ba? Thank you in advance!
