Is this a hemorrhoid? Its so much bigger and painful than I thought they could be. Seems like it's blocking my entire butt.

It was about half the size two weeks ago...a bit itchy.. but it was not painful at all. I could barely feel it.... Until I ate am extremely spicy curry.

Now it feels like it's protruding and so very sore to walk or bend / chafe it.

Advice?
