I actively go to the gym/swim/or play some sport at least 4–5 days a week. But I honestly do not take care of my diet or supplements properly.

I cannot eat non veg at home, and non veg outside is expensive and mostly unhealthy, so I usually only eat 2–3 eggs in the morning while heading to work.

For the last 5 years, I have been getting injured a lot, like tendonitis, severe muscle spasms, PFPS, wrist injury, etc.

I am physically active, but I think I need to fix my diet. I once tracked my calories and everything on HealthifyMe for about 2 weeks, and I realised that I am always in a calorie deficit and I mostly eat carbs and fibre, but barely enough protein and other nutrients.

I really need to fix this. Where should I start? Should I begin with supplements first and then slowly work on my diet too?

Fyi - I'm a 25 year old male, my height is 180cm and I weigh 86kgs
