I remember a fascinating story I read at school about a human boy who lived on Mars and Martians replaced his lungs or something so he could survive in the Mars climate. I remember a picture of him in a space suit and his skin was blue or colorless. I believe there was also a part where astronauts from Earth find him. Hope someone remembers this story!
