I’ve always known and appreciated many different white fish. We got our cod, halibut, pickerel, trout, tilapia ect and they slap yes but the other day I made beer battered sablefish… great googly moogly. It’s so good. It blows any other fish out of the water (lol). If I somehow missed this gem, Is there any other delicious species I’m missing out on?
