Am I dumb or is my vita dumb

I try to get movies /music onto my vita useing media importer and I do all the shit like turning it into an mp4/mp3 and i go to click X on media importer and it says 0 added ,I dragged the mp3 and mp4 files into their respective mss folder (or whatever its called) and it dosent work

Im trying to transfer kubridge over and I look for the uxo folder and its not there but in vita shell I can see it just fine ,i have a micro sd card (128) and its connected to the sd2vita whats wrong and how to fix?
