Inbound Problem Solve genuinely changed my experience at Amazon.
Got trained in IBPS at my SSD and now I’m scheduled there basically every shift. Went from dreading work to actually enjoying my shifts. If you like staying busy and not being stuck doing the exact same motion for 40+ hours a week, definitely ask your manager about learning the role.
