Rubaki is the head of security for the great Cybertronian empire.

Overall, she's a good leader and speaks equally to her subordinates. She's a real fanatic, though, and is deeply attached to Sentinel Prime.

I first developed her a long time ago, as a character for a roleplaying project. She was well-developed there, and our small group of roleplayers still remembers her almost a year later.
