like the question says, I have backsplash tile that I would like to remove part of. Is there a good way to do this? I've seen a lot of tutorials online on how to remove full pieces but nothing for partial which makes me think it's just near impossible to do well.

Would love to know what you think, I have a picture attached for reference.
