My landlord said I didn’t give a 60day notice on my apartment ending on May 31st
We did everything regarding the lease saying submit a writing agreement located at the address above on March 12th(over 60 days)
The only address above/ on the lease lease is our current address( the one we live at)
They want to charge us an extra month of rent.
We delivered a piece of mail addressing them to our mailbox like the lease says.
They never specify how to deliver the written agreement.
Do you think a have a viable case in court?
