I’m traveling out of the country for the first time and will be on a long flight that serves a meal. As the title says I’m allergic to tree nuts. Unfortunately, I’m not able to look at the meal ahead of time so I’m trying to pack food in case I can’t eat the meal options. Does anyone have any creative meal ideas that will be okay without a fridge and microwave for the flight? I have a few snacks in mind but looking for a meal idea instead of living off snacks.
