S Uptown - Man seen masturbating
Hey everyone -
I live in an apartment in the S Uptown neighborhood. There has been a man targeting one of my neighbors.
She saw him twice last night (once around 930 and again at 1030). He was standing in our alley under a spotlight masturbating, using his phone's flashlight to spotlight what he was doing.
A police report has been filed, but we all know how MPD is, so......
Anyway, this is the second time he has targeted her. The first time was a couple months ago and he threw rocks at her window to get her attention.
There is another person on our block in a different building who had this happen to them in November. Same thing - she heard rocks at her window, looked out and saw someone masturbating with their phone's flashlight shining on his dick.
This is obviously very upsetting and unnerving. Does anyone have any information or has anyone experienced something similar?
She believes he was of lighter complexion, wearing a dark hoodie and khaki pants.
