What changes can I make for this deck to brick/suck less?

Was going to switch out Jowgen for Tribe-Infecting Virus once it comes in, and I still need to fit in Graceful Charity. Any suggestions on how to improve on this deck? Been out the game for awhile now and want to be competitive in local tournaments.
