Hi all,

Have had this fault for 3 weeks now, which persists after reset. Google suggests blown relay.

Still under warranty so raised support ticket. Got acknowledgement, but despite chasing twice no further communication. Support@myenergi.com doesn't take email any more.

Any suggestions on how to get a response from myenergi?

I see some old posts suggesting a fortnight for a response, but this is properly crap! I wouldn't advise taking extended warranty if the response is this poor...
