Help with Cleaning a few areas of my car

Hi,

So I purchased a used car 2 months ago. One of my biggest issue was weed smell (I don’t smoke).

I paid for $500 for detail. The car smell better and everything came out brand new except for this stuff in pictures.

Can someone recommend products to use to get rid of these stains in center console?

Before I took the car to get details I used amor all wipes to try to get out but no luck.

Also is there a touch up paint I can use for the silver in center console?

For tilt button should I use a qtip with alcohol to clean?

Radio button I want it to shine and not look worn out like that.

These things are bothering the hell out of me lol so anything you guys can help me with I’ll greatly appreciate it.
