I’m actually in shock with how Coach decided to send back my bag to me after they replaced the hardware. In what world did they think shipping a bag in a SLIM box would make sense.. especially when the bag itself has a decent amount of width to it? I’m honestly so disappointed in Coach and the fall of their customer service and quality.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to get a bag to celebrate landing a new internship and I’d appreciate any insight if you have either of these bags or even both! I really want a deep blue/navy so I’m pretty set on these two colors. From what I’ve gathered online, these two bags are quite similar in shape but I haven’t seen anyone do a comparison of the two. Any pros/cons/wear-and-tear advice you have with these bags?
