For reference: female. I’m 5’5 and 130 lbs. My shoulders are a little bit wider than my hips. I naturally don’t have big glutes. My fat percentage is 20%.
I have experience lifting weights, but i don’t like to lift heavy. I do like doing cardio and stretching.
I tried doing Pilates and yoga, but they’re not for me.
