I’m currently a phleb in Ohio and will be moving to the LA area this summer. I’m working on doing an internal transfer, and the position I found lists the pay as $24-$26.49/hr; I’m currently making $17.75/hr and struggling to figure out how that would translate in terms of the cost of living adjustment lol

I just want to be better prepared for this whole process and planning out my budget etc.. any advice/insight is greatly appreciated!! thank you :D
