How do I adopt a stray cat?
Hello everyone! For the past few months may stray cat ako na pinapakain sa labas namin and every noon time pumupunta sya sakin asking for food. I'm asking for help on how to adopt kasi next month lilipat na kami ng bahay ng family ko and I feel bad na mag hihintay yung cat na yun para sakin tapos wala ako. Any idea what is the process of adopting a stray cat?
