
Looking for bunka or gyutou / chef knives?
Im still a beginner with this stuff but I have about £100 to spend on a new knife and would like to hear your suggestions.
For size and material I'm thinking to go for a carbon steel with roughly 170-200mm blade and the shape is as mentioned in the title.
