Am i the only one who doesnt receive the event rewards since the update?

I know that rewards usually take a few hours or days after the event has ended. But i didnt receive the rewards for the last two events and the darts/stamina are gone as well (which isnt a good sign). I have contacted support a few days ago and was wondering if they have responded to you on this matter? Or like how long it took them to reply?

For the first event i didnt take a screenshot since i didnt know there would be an issue, so i only have a screenshot from the last event
