I will give you my experience today trying to log in to my IBKR mobile application:

I put in my correct username-password combo and I kept getting "connection lost, please try again". I figured that I may have put the wrong details in, so I tried to log in via web. I succeeded and it took me to an "account creation" page which I found interesting since I already had an account. There was a "continue" button which didn't work and there was no way of accessing anything beyond that page trough the website. I wanted to report this bug, so I opened the "chat with someone" option, which opened a new tab but the new tab said something like "cookies expired" so that didn't work either. I found a feedback button at the bottom left, so I clicked that instead and I wrote down my problems in a feedback form. Guess what happened: I got a big red X with a label that something went wrong.

I don't understand how a multi-billion dollar company and one of the "best rated" brokers is so unusable. It is so unbelievably stupid to let your users leave because of lousy web and mobile developers because of a terrible user experience which could be improved with a cost equal to a rounding error from the revenues this company makes.
