After 5 years, I have finally found the food/fitness balance that is giving me the results I’ve been looking for. Ive worked SO dang hard to get here. I have failed, but not more than I have won and I’m so proud of myself. I don’t want to lose this!

Food has always been my biggest setback and now that I’ve got it down, I don’t want to go anywhere socially where there’s food involved.

I’ve tried bringing my own food to get togethers, but family hasn’t taken that kindly, or I’ll try to not eat there, eat at home, and again, family is disappointed.

I don’t want to stay away, but I’m not willing to jeopardize all of my hard work and continue to set myself back.

Am I being difficult? Does anyone else experience this?
