I filed chaper 7 last week in Houston. I stated on my forms that I wanted to reaffirm my Chase Auto loan.

I called Chase today and they said they would email me the agreement to reaffirm my loan.

Meanwhile I logged into my Chase app and there is nothing there.

Everything just dissappeared. I cant even look at statements. Is this normal procedure and how long does it to receive the agreement to reaffirm my car loan?
