Help😢
I have the Dr.Dabber Switch, just got it yesterday and it doesn’t turn on or anything. We’ve plugged it in for 2hrs+ now and it doesn’t seem to be the issue. We’ve tried hard resetting it, soft resetting, nothing is working! If it’s useful information, the charger fits the charging port but it’s loose. The top crown is so tight we can’t move it, we read that it’s supposed to be loose enough to unscrew it but that the dr dabber will not work if it’s too tight (not sure how accurate that is).
We’ve had it less than 24hrs and tried returning it to the smoke shop we got it from and they refused to do a refund. It hasn’t turned on at all so we haven’t been able to do anything with it yet. Please help! We’d love to be able to use our Dr.Dabber we just wanna know where to go from here!
