For any language you know, you can exchange it for 2 languages at equal proficiency
Meaning your knowledge of that language would be completely reset, you'd need to learn everything again, from grammar to letter recognition to word definitions.
In return you become as well spoken and read in the other languages as the one you gave up. These will also degrade with disuse but at half the rate.
If not 2, what's the minimum number? Would 5 be too easy?
Let's say you get a couple of weeks to prep and write down your passwords and tell your family what's about to happen.
