I’ve played this game for god knows how long, closing in on day 200 I believe. I’ve found room 46. I’ve found two keys (used them on two of the 8 doors underneath the mansion) and two letters. Other than that, I’m completely stuck.
I know how to gain access to the clock tower puzzle, but have no idea how to set the clocks, and even if I manage I suspect it’ll only reward me with another key. I’ve FINALLY - after many attempts of getting both the key and the room - opened the diary but it hasn’t helped me much.
I’ve found the secret room that leads to a tunnel underneath the mansion, but don’t really know what to do with the tunnel.
There are, I believe, two safes left of which I just don’t know the code, and even if I did, it’ll probably only lead to two letters and a gem.
I’ve gained aces to the grotto with the 3 fragments in the middle, but don’t know what to do there. I suspect I need two more fragments but I have no idea how or why.
Unlike what I’ve read here in the past, I still very often have trouble even reaching room 46, meaning the crown doesn’t really help me. I also just don’t know how to solve the map puzzle there.
I may have some other leads, but I really have no clue how to continue.
At what point did you look up stuff on how to continue? Should I just accept the fact that the puzzles that are currently still open, are too difficult for me?
It’s been a few weeks since I last played, so some of the details are a little vague at this point.
