Autumn’s Mark from Radiator Whiskey, Seattle
Was there in February, just found this recipe note in my phone. Barkeep was super nice to share w me. Was one of my favorite “winter” cocktails last year. Im a newbie- what cocktail family is this in? Riff on an Old Fashioned?
2 oz Maker’s Mark 46 (I had no wheated bourbon so used Knob Creek 9 yr)
1/2 oz dry curaçao (I used Cointreau)
1/4 oz Campari
1/4 oz Allspice dram
1/4 oz pumpkin syrup (I used barrel aged maple syrup)
Black lemon bitters (Scrappys)
Barrel aged bitters
Just now made at home- my version w substitutes a bit sweet but still loved it.
