We have these old (circa 1990) bathroom faucets and there’s a drip from the cold side.

There are no labels/branding on the supply lines.

The sink says Kohler but Kohler said the faucet/handles aren’t theirs.

Can anyone ID so I can track down a replacement cartridge?

Located in the US but the house also has weird/unusual Italian brand door handles, so these could be anything.
