So I have a paid account and I’ve been trying to remove the Create a Free Biosite link at the bottom of a new biosite which is making it look very cheap and unprofessional. Just been told by customers service that it is impossible to do now even if you are paying. Does anyone still pay for biosites now? I’ve cancelled mine after that response.
