Has the corrections work environment changed like every other area of public service? IYKYK.

Is it still mostly Canadians employed or have they opened it to non citizens? What is the ratio?

How's camaraderie? Is everyone on eggshells around their coworkers or are they able to trust each other?

Are senior positions staffed with dedicated people based on competency and merit or...other factors?

What would you say the median age is for corrections officers?
