Not sure if it’s our gym, we have lots of kids, teens, adults, then M3+ but very few M1 & 2s. We talk about blue belt drop off but not age drop out.

Is it similar in your gym?

Is it due to family commitments?

My class are actually improving their metrics. The issue I’ve always with LM is that most people “feel” better but rarely are able to quantify it, especially when tracks are changed.

Because BP heavy is 8 reps, each week, you can see the class get stronger for those reps.

Many of the class have stated having a consistent programme that they can progressively overload has made them realise they are ACTUALLY getting stronger.

Wish there were more ‘rep’ based LM classes.
