I'm on my 4th day taking yaz and haven't had a bowel movement since day 1. Is this a common side effect in the first week that'll go away? I've only been able to find topics discussing diarrhea when looking into it.

I know it might be early but I've been making myself paranoid and considering quitting if this is going to be an issue. I started it to help manage pmdd and acne
