Hi, my husband and I both stopped using all nicotine products on May 1. We were previously pretty heavy vapers (and previous to that, both heavy smokers).

I'm having difficulty with constantly reaching for my vape, to find it gone, and then I get a little flutter of panic. I'm also having trouble understanding what people do with their mouths all day.

I feel like I should have an item that I can reach for, put up to my mouth, and somehow engage with, that will calm that need for me, while I get better at this?

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Edit: I should have specified we are not looking to replace vaping with other nicotine products, so patches, gum, etc won't work for us. I really appreciate all the help I'm getting from everyone, thank you!
