Can somebody give brutal Honestly review on my resume? I really want internship or either i have to do college certifications for summer internship credit which are paid

I'm a 3rd year student and I really need to land a summer internship (I am totally fine with unpaid, I just want the experience).

My college has a strict rule right now: we either have to secure a summer internship, or we are forced to pay 10k–15k INR for a mandatory certification course. I have financial constraints, so paying for that course really isn't an option for me.

Also, regarding the technical skills listed on my resume: I am currently learning those skills, and I used AI tools to help me build the projects mentioned on my resume. That’s why I included those skills.

Question: I listed a "Freelance Manual QA Tester" role. To be totally honest, this was a 2-3 day gig I found here on Reddit where I helped test a US developer's app and made about $150. Is it okay to keep this on my resume to show some real-world work, or does it look bad because it was so short?

Please Roast my resume and let me know what I need to fix.

Thanks in advance
