N 5th Street looking East. The tank cars in the far background on the left are between Wythe and Berry. This later became Box Art if you're familiar.

Factories in Williamsburg and around Brooklyn would make goods, they would be put on railcars and then put onto a car float (barge). There was a terminal at the end of N 5th Street and more terminals up to N 10th.

From there, the rail cars would be barged over to NJ and connected with a train to go all over the country.
