For all you celiacs in the area, a new dedicated gluten free cookie shop opened up a few weeks ago in Kalamazoo Michigan! It’s called Kalamazoo Cookie Co. and has 5 regular flavors (chocolate chip with 3 different chocolates, peanut butter chocolate, molasses spice, snickerdoodle, and baklava bliss) plus a weekly flavor (this week was limoncello with white chocolate). It’s $16 for half a dozen, $32 for full dozen! They take orders ahead of time or have limited walk in. You can also order when you arrive and get it fresh out of the oven!!! My boyfriend and I went and they have free samples and the cookies were big (think Crumbl cookies size), and sooo yummy. We got the variety pack and didn’t find a flavor I didn’t like! They are in the process of making frozen take and bakes and dry cookie mixes. Highly recommend!!
