We booked a hotel to visit my fiancés grandmother for Mother’s Day

We get there at 830 and it’s literally a ghost town we’re waiting for about an hour and half calling repeatedly nothing. Call support say we can’t cancel this late cool we keep waiting. Dude comes down like hes fresh out the shower in his jams. Cool don’t care fr
Get to the actual room around 945. Forst thing I do is check the bed. “Cleam” no stains or uv reactions but theyre stray hairs(for my sanity I’m saying make due to the shortness and curl of it but deep down I feel like it was pubes)
Go back to the counter- theres a 5 person line ams again no front desk. We get dress go out to the bar ams every so often I’ll call and still nothing. We get back around 1130 still no one people are sleep in the waiting chairs.
Fuck it strip the bed put on sheets we got from Walmart called it a night.
Go to check out again- no one. Breakfast hall thing is foul random people are coming in helping themselves and leaving
(Literally asked an older gentleman and he laughs and says he works across the steet and comes every morning for breakfast)
Cool we leave pick up some flowers for GMA call to check out 5 times nothing. Drive all the way back out and have to wait 30min before a child comes back there trying to check us out.
Coincidence the manger is out for the day and only the hotel can give refunds. 6(S I X) csr call the hotel and goes “yea we can’t reach them either but there’s nothing we can do about that”
So I’m screwed over 300$ for less than an 8 hour stay ._.
Elevator sounds like a hooker being murdered and has an expired inspection.

the Customer service is absolutely non existent they have not released the deposit hold, and everything is still pending so we can’t even dispute the charges yet.

I need a mechanic/shop for a 21 Buick encore gx. Body is perfectly find minus some paint scrapes.
But the issue is the every so often “engine power reduce” prompt(and a tune up simce I’m getting close to 75k miles)

She had a full work up around April/March but they ring it back is when the prompt started and they refuse to look at it again unless insurance approves it (even tho I expressed I’m happy to pay fully out of pocket)

Theres no shaking, no noise, it still drives smoothly but when the prompt pops up it basically kills my acceleration.

The two places ik and called is charging 150 just for the diagnosis and at least 250 for the tune up (which that part is fine but on top of a 150 computer run I already got from AutoZone for free is kinda sticking me)

I would like to keep it under 500 labor included
